Tasmania's Commissioner for Children – campaigning involving children

The Commissioner for Children for Tasmania, Patmalar Ambikapathy is undertaking active campaigning against corporal punishment of children. Click here for their website.

This includes advocacy for law reform, a competition on banning physical punishment for children, publication for parents of children's views on alternatives to physical discipline and the encouragement of parent information sessions.
