Global Initiative e-newsletter Issue 6 (January 2009) now available

The first Global Initiative e-newsletter of 2009 is now available, with a round up of progress towards universal prohibition so far and information on new research, new campaigns, media coverage and human rights treaty monitoring since November 2008.
